Staying at this hotel was the best decision I could have made. I felt right at home with a personable attending staff who ensure no small detail is overlooked. Eating at Cafe Gonzalez was a highlight of my mornings, contributing to the singular charm of this hotel experience. Don’t settle for an insipid accommodation, when this place offers so much character and authenticity.

Good afternoon, I would like to thank the Artistic B&B hostal Madrid hotel for the good treatment they received with us when they had to cancel the trip due to the Coronavirus. I have to say that we had no problem when it came to returning the deposit, which was fast and very efficient.
